Thank you for your interest in the Greensboro Holiday Parade! This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 from noon until 2:00 PM. Listed below are terms of the agreement:
NO TOY GUNS OR WEAPONS ARE TO BE SOLD!
Tobacco, alcoholic beverages and other prohibited substances are not permitted for sale, information or sampling.
All vendors must submit the below information and application. Only vendors approved by the Holiday Parade Committee will be allowed at the event.
Applications are due by Friday, October, 28th 2016 at 5:00 PM. Food vendors must obtain applicable health permits by November 2, 2016.
The Committee will contact you for payment of $150.00 per cart if application is accepted.
Unauthorized vendors will be required to pay not only the $150.00 vendor fee but also a $50.00 charge for not being pre-approved by the Holiday Parade Committee
Vendors are required to provide their own power source, tables, chairs, booths, etc.
Set up may begin at 9:00 AM. The Health Department will make inspections as necessary at 11:00 AM.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and free of trash.
